About
We believe children have three teachers, the first teacher is their caregiver(s), the second, the classroom teacher(s) and the third being the classroom environment.
The use of the Reggio-inspired concept is to ensure each child has an enriched learning experience. In the center you will see examples of children’s work documented on walls and engage in regular caregiver-staff communication.
Our typical day includes morning and afternoon “campfires” with agendas, a center community area in every classroom where children gather with their teacher and a curriculum that emerges from the interest of the children that is facilitated by teachers with thought-provoking questions. As well, there will be outdoor play opportunities daily.
